The new port of King Abdullah (officially inaugurated January, 1^st 2014) will be the first port worldwide to have a terminal dedicated only to the international trade of cars.

The port of Livorno was the first Italian port to employ a modern Wind Detector named Lidar. This detector allows the measuring of the wind speed on its vertical axis from 40 to 200 meters height and allows also very accurate forecasts.

up to 12-14 ships , on the other hand, the increase in the value goods transported up to $ 1 billion per 
day.
